I speak about social media and how it impacts your company or personal brand. In particular, I help small businesses learn how to open doors, close deals and make more money using social media.

I have spoken to a variety of groups, most recently at the Professional Organizers in Canada, Women in a Home Office, Podcasters Across Borders, New Media Expo, the Corporate Podcasting Summit and the National Association of Broadcasters AGM.

The feedback I typically get from people who have heard me speak is that I help them understand complex technical “stuff” in a non-techie way. I use visuals, analogies and personal stories to help make social media easier to grasp.
